Privacy

We keep as little about you as we can, keep it to ourselves, and use it only to run the shop. There are no ads, trackers or analytics here: this site doesn’t load anything from other companies at all.

What we keep

• Your account: your email address (encrypted in our database), your password (scrambled one way, so not even we can read it), and when you confirmed you’re 18 or older and agreed to the terms.
• Your designs, and whether you’ve shared a link to one. If you add a picture of your own, it stays on your device: the designer traces it there, and only the traced outline is saved with your design.
• Your sign-ins: for each browser you’re signed in on, its type and internet address, to keep your account safe. They’re deleted when you sign out, or after 30 days without a visit.
• Messages you send us from the contact page, encrypted.
• The mailing list: if you asked to hear when we open, your email address, encrypted.

Cookies and your browser

• A cookie keeps you signed in, one remembers that you said you’re 18 or older, and one protects our forms. None of them track you anywhere else.
• A design you haven’t saved to an account is kept in your browser, not on our server. Signing out clears it.

Who else handles it

• DigitalOcean runs the server the shop is on, in the US.
• Amazon Web Services sends our emails and keeps our encrypted backups.
• When ordering opens, your card details will go straight to our payment processor; they never touch our server.

We never sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your choices

• Change your email address or password, or delete your account, on your account page. Deleting it deletes your designs too.
• Stop sharing a design from My designs, and its link stops working.
• To be taken off the mailing list, or for anything else, contact us.
